Everything you would expect from a B and B, You could tell that the staff worked hard to keep it clean but they werent always very welcoming on reception.

great location 5 minutes to o'connell street.staff seemed friendly wasnt there much to judge

not that good of a place for you and your girlfriend.double room very small

I chose the hotel for its location, which was convenient. I was pleased to find that there were no pubs in this road, which seems to be occupied largely by small hotels and B&Bs, so there was no raucous noise. The bathroom was clean and pleasant.

The room was neither as clean nor as pleasant as the bathroom. As it was at the front of the hotel, it was noisy (incessant traffic). They should install double glazing in these rooms. Breakfast was not served until 8am, which was tight for catching our train and really rather late. Although my friend came down slightly earlier and managed to have some cereal and toast, the staff made a deliberate point of not starting to cook breakfast until 8am.

The hotel was close to bus station, shoppings and city centre. Good value as well.

The hotel room and bathroom quite small, ok for one nite but not for longer stay I would say. Breakfast quite well even the breakfast room too small.

    Location

The room they gave me was very cold, not so clean than I expected, very outside lit up and very very noisy. It was situated in the basement

Although we did not ask for a quiet room our accommodation was peaceful. It would be nice to have a remote that does work and possibly better reception from t.v. We only had four channels, o.k. at price if they were clearer. The Staff were really friendly and very professional.

The doors were a bit insecure, flush doors, however, there was good security given all night reception Staff were there. Also it may be a bit cold in Winter, given the window in the room was only single glazed. We were nice and cozy though as the heating is very good.

  • Couple

It was clean enough, very basic, ok for short stay.

The shower was awful, staff a little detached, decor dated in main part.

the hotel was close to the city centre and very clean! breakfast was good as well, definitely recommend it

heating could be turned on during the night, was a bit cool in the room

irish breakfast, low price, clean room, good position.

shower did not work properly; it was impossible to lower heating.

  • Couple

The location was very good. Generally the hotel is good for the price and the location. Breakfast was ok for price as well. View was very nice as well -4th floor-.

The staff at the reception,-specially the Indian guy- they need to smile more.We asked in the morning for an adaptor, they said they would keep it for us when we come back, and when we came back there was no adaptor. Also, the room was too small. They cleaned our beds next morning and they moved our clothes as well -they put the pizamas under the pillows- without leaving a notice.

  • Older travelers

The room was clean, but rather spartan. Bathroom was functional, but nothing more. The breakfast was nothing special, and could have been better. The best aspect was the location, which was near bus stops, the tram, and major attractions. The service, especially the concierge, was very helpful. For the money, I was expecting somewhat more, but Dublin is rather expensive.

I stayed in hotel for one niteonly and had best experience.I Would recommend this hotel to everybody who looks for central location in dublin.but mostly I was pleased with.the staff.they were great, very helpful and polite.the room was big and clean aswell.

Breakfast was ok but could have had better variety of foods.was no fresh fruit and aswell the egg for irish breakfast wasnt cooked well.

    Cheap and good location

The breakfast in the morning, it said you get a full irish.. I got a rasher and some scrambled egg and felt as if the lady serving me would of said something to me if I asked for more

  • Couple

    The proximity to the city

Breakfeast staff were not very friendly, other than that our stay was quite enjoyable.
